We own and operate our own building complete with individual exam and consult rooms. The Eye Institute’s surgery center, the SurgiCare Center of Utah, is located in our Salt Lake City office location. The surgery center consists of 4 operating rooms, multiple exam rooms, and a comfortable waiting area for family and friends. We have over 100 parking spaces and the ability to handle large RV’s and buses. We are also a handicap compliant facility.
The Eye Institute has a satellite office in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Dr. Randy Fuja has been the director of the Eye Institute of Wyoming since 1994. Dr Fuja works with the clinical staff to assist patients with their general eye care needs.
In addition, the Eye Institute of Rock Springs has been selected for the 2008 Best of Rock Springs Award in the Physicians & Surgeons category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA). Each year, the USLBA chooses local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
